About Me

Fel Springer: My name is Felicia Springer, nee Husbands. I was educated at St. George Primary, The Lodge School and University of Technology Jamaica. I have been an educator for the past 12 years. I completed my Diploma in Education (Technical and Applied) in 2015 and I am currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership at Erdiston Teachers' Training College, which brings us to this blog. As part of the program I was introduced to ISTE Standards for Leaders. The blog is focused on one of the standards, "the Connected Learner" and within the connected learner I touched on four areas which can help us as leaders to improve our environment and personal development.
